SUMMARY

The Part Time Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the Managing Director, General Manager and Human Resource Manager (Executive Office). The Part Time Executive Assistant works at a high level proficient in Payroll, HR generalist functions, Office Administration and serves as a Confidant in all aspects of the role. In many cases will be the first impression for client relations (sales) as some front office responsibilities are required.

 

As a Part Time Executive Assistant, the following is expected at all times:

 

  • Protection of Executive Office Time
  • Professionally represent the Executive Office & Gunther & Associates, LLC at all times
  • Maintaining favorable and effective relations among associates and managers.
  • Ensure open lines of communication with the ultimate goal of bringing support to the operations of the business.
  • Appropriate level of confidentiality with respect to associate, management, and all issues pertaining to Human Resources. Must be aware of sensitive information, therefore utilizing care and discretion among daily duties.

Administration

  • Perform a variety of administrative support tasks to the Managing Director and General Manager & HR Manager
  • Prepare external correspondence with timeliness and accuracy.
  • Some assistance with accounting may be needed. 

Payroll & Human Resources

  • The positon will be the primary Payroll & Related Administrator. In this role they will administer:
    • Process Weekly payroll
    • Reconcile benefits
    • Verify weekly vacation accruals
    • Prepare paychecks for weekly distribution
    • Tracking and filing of Time Card Edit Logs & Reports.
  • Be knowledgeable of all benefits available to associates.
  • Assist in notifications for benefit eligible employees, enrollments & maintaining employee benefits.
  • Maintain confidential information

Part time position. 20- 25 hours.  Traditional Office Hours Monday-Friday.  Shifts and days can be flexible.  Monday availability required.

Experience with processing payroll required.  Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.) required.  Executive level administrative work preferred.  Human Resource experience preferred.
