The PM Housekeeping Lead is responsible for assisting the Housekeeping Manager and the Housekeeping Supervisor on the day to day operations of the housekeeping department, specifically the evening operations. The PM Housekeeping Lead will be responsible in overseeing the housekeeping operations during the PM shift, including but not limited to: ensuring cleanliness of the public spaces and student common areas (student lounges), attending to guest requests, assisting in laundry, and stocking housekeeping closets to ensure proper par levels are maintained and kept clean and neat at all time. The PM Housekeeping Lead is also expected to assume the responsibilities of the PM Lobby Attendant and Laundry Attendant as needed. The Housekeeping Lead will be assigned projects and assignments by the Housekeeping Manager and/or Housekeeping Supervisor and will assist as the primary trainer for all new hires within the housekeeping department for the evening positions.


  • Provide pleasant and professional services to all hotel
  • Perform duties as needed for all job roles (PM Lobby Attendant, Laundry Attendant, Housekeeper, etc.) and complete all paperwork and any projects given by Manager/Supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the public areas as follows: Lobby, Corridors, Banquet Areas, Pool Facilities, Entrances, and public restrooms which involves vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash disposal,
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the laundry room and housekeeping staff rest rooms
  • Properly maintain cleanliness and supplies for public
  • Assist in inspecting guestrooms, ensuring that each room meets the hotel's cleanliness standards and that there is sufficient stock and positioning of all guestroom amenities and
  • Check all fixtures, equipment, and room conditions (television, radio, lights, heating/cooling, furniture, wallpaper, etc.) for proper operation, settings, and maintenance. Prepare work orders for items that are deficient within the HIPPO
  • Log any lost and found items that have been handed in that day into lost & found
  • Advises the Housekeeping Manager and/or supervisor of any supply needs to include linens, towels, cleaning supplies, laundry chemicals and guest
  • Communicate to the PM Lobby Attendant and Laundry Attendant any deficiencies related to their job responsibilities and ensure corrections are
  • Informs the Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor of any associate issues and assists with documentation of issues.

  • The PM Housekeeping Lead must be familiar with the job description of the housekeeping staff in order to ensure that they are fulfilling their
  • Ensure housekeeping storage closets have proper supply levels, organization, and
  • Properly maintain all work equipment, tools, and
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries with appropriate level of sensitivity and
  • Comply with all department, hotel, and company policies and
  • In the absence of the Housekeeping Manager/supervisor ensures that all required functions of the department are taking place in accordance of all policies and
  • Perform any task not outlined above that the associate has the ability to perform or when asked.
  • The Housekeeping Lead needs to have open communication with the Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor at all times and informing the Manager/Supervisor of anything done differently when the Manager/Supervisor is off of property.

Full time position 3pm - 11:30pm. Open availability required including weekends, previous housekeeping experience preferred.
