The P.M. Line Supervisor is the culinary leader for all P.M. associates on the restaurant line. Responsibilities include: overseeing all P.M. line functions and at times assist with banquet functions. PM Line Supervisor is to ensure that all food is consistently prepared in a timely manner and is of the finest quality for both fine dining and casual service. Special emphasis is placed on accommodating guest preferences, flexibility with work assignments, efficiency, quality, and social demeanor that contributes to a hospitable environment. Shifts are primarily p.m. and full time position is anticipated. Previous cooking experience required in an a l carte environment, ServeSafe certification is a plus.
